These Chocolate Flavour Liquorice Stripes are Chocolate Flavour Licorice Sweets which are a new edition to the ever-growing Range of Licorice Fondant Stripes range of Sweets, these ones are the latest edition of the usual thin soft sweet black liquorice layered in thin strips between a soft tasty Chocolate Flavour Fondant which is a Brown Shade of colour - Colours may vary per Batch.
They are a tasty combination of thin strips of Black Liquorice layered with a soft tasty Chocolate flavour fondant.
Liquorice often stains onto the chocolate fondant due to the way these sweets are wholesale packed making them not look so good but does not affect the taste.
Product Spec;
These sweets do vary in shape and size but as an average guide are approx 3.0 cm long by 2.2 cm wide by 0.7 cm deep and weigh approx 4.5g - 7g per sweet with an average of 6.5g giving you approx 15-18 sweets per 113g weigh out bag. -
Ingredients in Maku Laku Chocolate Flavour Liquorice Stripes;
Sugar, molasses, glucose syrup, wheat flour, vegetable fats: soyabean oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil, shea kernel oil; stabilizer: glycerol; pork gelatine, cocoa powder, liquorice extract, salt, flavourings, colours: ammonia caramel, vegetable carbon; glazing agent: beeswax.
