ToffeeWorld is the trading name of Toffee Heaven Ltd, a Traditional Sweet Shop and American Sweets, Candies and drinks, Sodas plus Sweets and Treats from over 50 countries from around the World!

We do not provide shipping to the Channel Islands
(Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, and Sark)

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE.
Our online order service is still open for business and our shop is available for pre-arranged order collections.
(current min order for online and shop collections is £10.00)
We have currently closed our shop to walk-in customers to concentrate on our online Business but you can still arrange to collect an order from our shop which is arranged via emailing us your list of required items along with quantities and we will confirm a suitable time for collection (currently Saturday Afternoons)

Due to incredibly high demand, all orders may take up to 2-5 working days to be dispatched. Thank you for your patience. We will still try to prioritize all urgent then standard deliveries the best we can but please allow for delays.

Please note that we don't use refrigerated transport and no refunds can be given for heat-damaged stock. Bear this in mind when ordering goods such as chocolate which may be vulnerable to damage through exposure to heat.

We may also hold back and delay shipping any orders which are high value or large amounts of any items ordered which are vulnerable to Hot Weather conditions. 

Heat Damaged Items

Please note that in the summer months, there is some risk that chocolate or other heat-sensitive candies will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the products are exposed to once they leave our fulfilment centre. Delivery trucks can get very hot in the summer months and chocolate is bound to melt. These items will return to their normal state if they are allowed to cool or placed in the fridge. We do not consider these items defective or damaged and our returns policy does not apply to them.

SHOP OPENING TIMES
We have now closed our direct Shop to walk-ins during the week and currently only opening to walk-in customers on Saturdays between 1 pm - 4 pm until further notice but our online service from this website will remain in operation so we can concentrate on getting orders out to our customers safely and as quickly as possible.

When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above ("order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically (subject to you providing your correct valid email address) so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and select, pack, process your order and book the courier then contact you with a further email to confirm shipment and delivery details, this order dispatch email will be deemed acceptance.
Allergens
Please add a note in the note/message to the seller box stating any Allergens you feel we need to be aware of when selecting and packing your order
Stock Availability.
Please check our listing description to view the ingredients/allergen advice and any warnings and email before ordering if you require us to re-check any product.
Also please note that we stock many products containing and including all types of Nuts, Wheat, and Soya.

If any of your ordered products are unavailable we will either replace them with a similar product or brand if it's only a small amount or we will contact you to offer an alternative product and/or inform you we are low or out of stock on your ordered item/s - Please be advised when you require a large amount of the same product that it is best to email us before ordering to check our stock levels as we also sell directly from our shop/s and other online platforms and websites.
Special stock/product requests
PLEASE NOTE!
Do not place any orders and add notes requesting certain flavours, or colours of any product especially when it comes to items such as Pez Toys please do not request certain toys or cancel or not send an order,  you can add your preferred toy and we will send this if available but if not we will send a toy dispenser from the same range - if you have any special/important requests please phone (01492-338330) or email us to check stock availability before you place your order or it may delay dispatch for several days.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
www.toffeeheaven.co.uk / www.toffeeworld.co.uk may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

All Sweets Sold Online from this ToffeeWorld Retro Sweets Store are packed and supplied from our Toffeeworld Traditional Sweets Shop owned by Toffee Heaven Limited, 42 Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, North Wales, LL29 7PA

We do not Manufacture any Sweets or Confectionery Products which are supplied to us direct from either the Manufacturers or Wholesalers.

Hot weather
Any heat-sensitive items shipped in hot weather are entirely at your own risk, and we cannot replace items that melt or are otherwise heat-damaged in transit. However, to help you mitigate the risk we offer a faster 1-3 working day delivery service to help your goods reach you swiftly which are still sent at your own risk and we cannot accept any returns for goods damaged/affected by the very warm weather conditions.

DELIVERY INFO
Toffeeheaven.co.uk / Toffeeworld.co.uk delivers to destinations inside the UK Mainland ONLY.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details which are clearly shown on our checkout page with a guide price shown on the basket page.

UK orders under 20kg in total parcel weight are usually dispatched by Royal Mail 24 or 48-hour services and over 20kg in total weight are usually dispatched by fully tracked or another courier servicer. Our couriers may require a signature and operate between 8 am and 6 pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your products between these hours.

You will receive a dispatched email from us the day your parcel is ready for collection from the courier or Royal Mail.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on the websites but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulates that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

Please note that any parcels you request to be left in a safe place which is accessible to be stolen or damaged that we will not accept any responsibility for and are left at your own risk (we strongly advise against this option and you arrange for your parcel to be delivered at a time you are available to accept it in person or arrange for it to be left with a neighbour or collect from your local post office or Royal Mail pick up/drop off point.)

Please order from us with enough lead time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Toffeeworld.co.uk - toffeeheaven.co.uk - www.taffyworld.co.uk cannot be responsible for this.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Parcels returned to us.
Please notify via email if you have not received a shipping dispatch email or any delivery notice from a courier usually Royal Mail regarding your delivery within your selected estimated shipping and delivery time shown on your invoice and do not leave it more than 10 days from the date you placed your order in case your parcel is returned to us, which will cost you additional charges for and to arrange another delivery.
PLEASE Check before ordering your delivery address is correct and matches your PayPal/credit/debit card account- Please note that when you fail to provide your correct delivery address and a parcel is sent out wrongly addressed due to your error or if it is returned to us marked addresses refused to accept the parcel or you were not in at the time of delivery and failed to collect or arrange another delivery time then you will be responsible for paying a return postage/delivery fee charge of approx £5.75 (maybe much higher if its a large weight parcel or coming from remote areas.)
You will also be responsible for any re-sending p&p delivery charges plus the admin fee of your parcel if required to re-send to your original address, if a different delivery address is required you will need to re-order under that delivery address.

large orders for DELIVERY TO REMOTE AREAS OF THE U.K
such as the Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands and Ireland-
Delivery to remote postcodes/N.IRELAND Parcels and/or Scottish / Shetland Highlands Etc other remote areas you may need to select this more expensive delivery option for remote areas if your parcel weight is over 20kg but always best to check with us before you place your order to avoid any delays and/or surcharges.
Please note that we no longer are able to offer any delivery service to Jersey and Guernsey due to new EU shipping regulations.


Please note delivery to remote areas may take several days longer than shown - if urgent phone to check current shipping/expected delivery times.
If you fail to select the remote delivery option and your address is a remote area this may result in longer delays well we issue you an additional pay pal invoice to pay the shortfall plus an admin charge and/or cause delays shipping another service if we find another courier service to send your parcel.

Please do not place any orders if your delivery address is outside the UK.
PLEASE NOTE: For Parcels Over 30kg (packed) Shipping to the UK does not include N. Ireland And most remote Highlands and Islands.

MISSING ITEMS/DELAYED ORDERS/ Damaged/faulty goods
On arrival of your order please check the full contents of items straight away and report
Any missing items or incorrect orders or any damaged goods must be reported to us via e-mail asap within 7 days of receipt, please do not destroy any damaged or incorrect orders until we have replied as we may require items to be returned.

You must allow up to 18 days from your order date for any items/orders to arrive before we can offer any refunds/replacements to be sent as Royal Mail will not accept any parcel to be lost until 15 working days from the expected delivery date as passed.

Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any parcel/goods/order that does not arrive in time for your required event/time frame or is delayed/lost in transit - we cannot offer any compensation for any of your out of pocket costs other than to offer a full replacement or a full refund in the event of your parcel not arriving after the couriers set claims time frame.

All the above does not include excluding your statutory rights.
Please make sure if you place your order that someone is available between 8 am-8 pm Monday-Sunday at your delivery address to accept/sign for your parcel and report any failed delivery within 5 days of your confirmation dispatch email.

Please note that we cannot pass any message to any of our courier/delivery service providers to leave your parcels in the garden/backyard/near the bins/garage etc - parcels do need to be delivered to the front door to someone at that address and may also need to be signed for- if this is an issue we strongly suggest you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept/sign for your parcel.

We reserve the right to change/use any type of delivery/courier service as we see fit to deliver/ship your parcel - in some areas, we operate our own delivery network which may deliver All 7 days a week between the hours of 8am-7pm and our own network usually cover parts of North Wales usually within the Conwy district and most parts of Greater Manchester and Cheshire areas.

If you see any issues with this please add details in notes to the seller or contact via email or phone to discuss in more detail.
You can add a note at checkout to deliver your parcel to another house number in your street close to your house/address if you are out but you must confirm the full address.
Item listings/product info/terms

Please make sure you read any listings of any items you commit to purchase so you are fully aware of the item/s you are buying as we cannot accept any replacements/returns if you order an incorrect item to what you are expecting, We strongly suggest you purchase a small weigh out bag/amount of any sweets you have not had before or for some time or another brand as we sell most our weigh outs in small amounts so you do not need to commit to large amounts, this will avoid any disappointment with your purchase if the sweets are not as you remember them to be or if not to your taste.

also please note that some listings/items display the manufacturer's original jars/box/case/packs etc but are not always what you are buying as many of our listings are sold in the form of weigh out bags from the jar/box etc and will not include the original jars/boxes/case or any original packing materials also please be aware that many of our retail sweets are subject to change in colour/taste/size/shape/ingredients without notice/warning as many are hand made traditional sweets which can change per batch made which can effect the shape/texture/colours and/or the ingredients including any sweets which may be/state on packaging/info provided at time of our listings to make any claims such as Halal approved, suitable for vegetarians or vegans, gluten free, nut free, free from any non natural colours or flavours can all be subject to change per batch supplied without notice, we strongly suggest if any of the above are an issue/concern that you check with us before you place your order so we can check the current info/ label/ingredients as goods cannot be returned exchanged after they are dispatched, also the wrappers/packaging/design of packaging is subject to change without notice, also due to new government recommendations introduced July 2010 many sweets are no longer containing artificial colours and/or flavours or some "E" numbers which will and does have an impact on the colour/taste/shape/texture of sweets.

Stock BB4 Dates
Please note that all our sweets are sent out within the product BB4 Dates unless the current stock BB4 Date is displayed in our listing we will send stock within the BB4 Dates which is subject to current stock and the quantity ordered- we try our best to send the best dates possible and usually aim for 1-6 months - however if the BB4 Dates are an issue we strongly suggest you contact us before placing your order to check on our current stock BB4 Dates and add a reminder note to us at checkout in the optional message box provided.
If any of the above is important to your requirements please check with us for details of our current stock.

Items bought for at today's prices cannot be purchased and then you add notes to request stock to be sent with much longer BB4 dates of request fresh stock delivered several months after your order as prices can/may increase for later stock/batch/longer BB4 dates.
If any product bb4 dates are required to be a set date/bb4 length/time please email/contact us to check before you place your order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders which request long bb4 dates and charge a cancellation fee.

PLEASE NOTE; If your sweets are required to be a certain colour/mix/size/shape etc for any special occasions/events, especially Wedding favours/ Valentines/Anniversary, Birthdays, Xmas presents etc, please either email us to check your requirements or phone and add notes in your notes to seller option box at the time of your order as we cannot replace products after sent for any of the above reasons unless pre-arranged and approved by our Sales/customer service team.
We strongly advise you purchase any of our sweets in a small weight usually available from 113g to try/test before committing to large amounts, in case they are not as you expected due to manufacturers changing recipes etc/wrappers/size/shape/taste/flavours or if they are just not to your preferred taste - this will help avoid any great disappointment as we cannot exchange sweets for any of the above reasons.

Food allergies and intolerances - before ordering, please check our product listing description under our Allergy Advice section for full details when this is not available please contact us and we will update the listing and provide you with all the current manufacturer products information on any Allergies and Intolerances.

We do not provide info on the sweets packaging unless you request this in advance and we will always provide this service but due to the time involved to produce the info/labels, it may delay the shipping dispatch of your order by a day or two and possibly a little longer during busy periods.

Weather Product warning - Applicable during Warm Weather periods
As we enter the hottest months of the year, we'd like to remind customers to be mindful of what they're ordering!
Please be aware that due to the current warm weather conditions throughout the UK, We can't be held responsible for any products ordered as While exposure to high temperatures affects all food products to some degree, some of our products, particular chocolates, creams, Toffees, Bon-bons, Fudge, jelly beans, jellies and Chews etc melting and or turning soft, sticky etc as our couriers do not operate refrigerated transport. Please bear this in mind when ordering such items that are vulnerable to heat, Although our shop and warehouse is kept cool, we can't guarantee that once your order leaves us, a hot delivery van, post office or bask on your doorstep won't result in a melted order! Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us for further information. Thank you.
We may also hold back and delay shipping any orders which are high value or large amounts of any items ordered which are vulnerable to Hot Weather conditions.


order issues/problems.
Please send us an e-mail with your confirmation of your order e-mail if you have any problems/questions regarding your order placed/paid for and we will reply asap usually within 24 hours. Please do NOT open/break the seal on any weigh-out bags/packets/boxes of sweets if they arrive not as you would expect/damaged/crushed/broken etc - please leave full contents in the original sealed bag and e-mail us with full details of any issues/problems and we will address the matter asap.

RETURNS
Please note that in the event your order/goods arrive not as you expected due to our error or are damaged in transit to you and you require a replacement or full refund it will be you that may be required to arrange the safe return of the full original goods in the original packaging via your local royal mail post office or other reliable courier and we strongly suggest you return the goods with proof of tracking/delivery - if the issue is due to our error or damaged in transit we will refund your return postage costs upon there safe return.- you will be informed of our full return process via email upon your request.

Returns and Refunds                                                                

We MAY accept and refund unopened items, for certain reasons, within 14 days of delivery, from the following product ranges:

  • Sweets and Candy
  • Food and Groceries
  • Drinks and Soda

We cannot accept any returns for perishable or bespoke goods. This includes:

  • Sweets and Candy with less than 3 months best before the date upon delivery
  • Food and Groceries with less than 3 months best before the date upon delivery
  • Drinks and Soda with less than 3 months best before the date upon delivery
  • Gift hampers
  • Any weigh-out bags that are made up to order OR bulk purchases of the same products such as 5 or more of the same product.

Please send your contact details and the reason for the returned product. Postage costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the customer unless an error has been made by ourselves.

If you decide to cancel your order and notify us before we have despatched your items, we will refund your payment and cancel the order, this applies to orders under £25 only.
If you change your mind about a product that we can accept for a return (non-perishable goods),  or If we receive a cancellation request after your item has been dispatched then you will need to follow the refund process mentioned above. Please note that all returns must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. We inspect all returns and no refund will be made for goods that do not meet this condition. Once goods have been returned, we are legally obliged to refund you within 30 days, however, we normally process all refunds within a maximum of seven working days. We will process a full refund minus any original delivery charges.

In the event that your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we are happy to offer a free replacement upon the production of photographic evidence. This evidence is required simply so that we may process a claim with our courier and recover the cost of the damaged goods. we are happy to offer a refund for damaged goods should you wish to return them to us instead.
Quality issues
In the event you are not happy with the quality of your product/s please contact us straight away with details and when possible we will investigate the issue where goods are found not to be at the usual standard and send a full replacement or exchange the goods.
In the event, your issue is with quality and the item was sold as short BB4 Dated (less than 2 months) we will investigate the quality of the product but cannot offer refunds or accept returns in some circumstances if a product is deemed unfit for purpose we will offer a replacement or refund.
please retain all; original packaging and product until your issue is resolved.

Out of Stock Items Ordered
If we are out of stock of any items on your order and your order consists of several items or more We reserve the right to substitute the out-of-stock item for a similar item/product to the same or higher monetary value of the item bought/out of stock - if you do not want us to do this please add a note at checkout to request we check with you first - If you order large amounts/weight of an out of a stock item we will attempt to contact you before shipping.

Do you want to cancel your order?
If you wish to cancel your order as it is no longer required you will need to do this by replying to your order confirmation email as soon as possible (no longer than 14 days from the order Delivery date) if goods are already dispatched it will be up to you to pay full returns to the cost and arrange this within the 21 days from order date, all unwanted items must be returned in unopened in original packing and delivery box.

We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue you a full refund without giving any reason or notice.
